Becoming a member Davidson Volunteer Rural Fire Brigade is an organisation of volunteers who are united in assisting the people of NSW in battling fires, floods, storms and other disasters. All of the members of the Brigade are volunteers who are asked to contribute their time for fires, brigade maintenance and training. Generally members are asked to attend one duty crew per month (Usually all day one Sunday) and one meeting per month (usually 7.30pm to 9.30pm on the second Monday of each month). Some questions to ask yourself before joining:
If you answered YES to all these questions and like to be challenged, we welcome you to the team at Davidson RFS and hope you get as much satisfaction and enjoyment from the RFS as we do. If you answered NO to any question, then we invite you to talk to us. We may be able to answer any questions you may have, or direct you to a unit within the RFS that is better suited to you and your expectations/ availability. If you are interested
