You may notice the fencing around the Davidson Volunteer Rural Fire Brigade station, however, there is no cause to be alarmed. In an exciting development, we have reached the next stage in our fire station extension project with construction beginning early April 2017.
All things going to plan, the Brigade is looking forward to presenting this upgraded facility to the community in August 2017. Despite this, the Brigade remains $20,000 short of the fundraising goal so there is still much work left to do! To read more about our extensions and to contribute to our project, visit the “Donate” page at www.davidsonrfb.org. All donations are tax deductible and will go directly towards assisting your local hardworking volunteers.
Rest assured, we will continue to respond to emergencies throughout the build process. As a reminder, in the event of an emergency please call Triple Zero (000) to ensure help arrives in the fastest possible time.
